Thank you for your interest in Whatcom County Mudcats Select Baseball. Our program is designed for athletes who are passionate about developing their skills, competing at a higher level, and becoming part of a team-focused baseball community.

The Mudcats Select program provides players with a competitive and structured baseball experience that emphasizes player development, baseball IQ, sportsmanship, and a strong work ethic. 

Athletes can expect approximately 45+ games throughout the season, participation in 8 competitive tournaments, and access to offseason instruction opportunities designed to support continued growth and development.

All Mudcats coaches hold coaching credentials through Driveline Baseball Academy, providing players with access to modern training methods and development-focused coaching. 

Our goal is to help every athlete improve their skills, build confidence, and reach their full potential both on and off the field.

FEES:

Annual player fees are approximately $1,350–$1,550 per player and include custom team gear and uniforms.

AGE ELIGIBILITY:

Mudcats Select Baseball teams are organized by age, using the nationally recognized May 1 age cutoff date. To be eligible for a team, a player cannot turn the next age division before May 1 of the current season year. For example, a player participating on a 12U team for the 2027 season must not turn 13 years old before May 1, 2027.
